They completed both our kitchen and basement renovations, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—we always knew what was happening and when to expect the next steps.

Our family worked with Passarelli Builders on a second floor addition to take an attic space with two simple rooms and turned the space into two bedrooms, two offices and a brand new bathroom. Each step of the way Tony and Cynthia were there to help guide us. We were able to speak openly with the team about any questions we had throughout the process. By the end of the project, our young son knew many of the team members by name - the guys were kind enough to take a few moments to say hello each day. Our project ran ahead of schedule and stuck very closely to our initial budget (we had a late add by the village, but otherwise no big surprises). The end result is a beautiful space that perfectly suits the needs of our growing family. The team at Passarelli Builders was simply phenomenal!

Passarelli builders designed and constructed a new Trex deck for our home. Cynthia and Tony are professional and very easy to work with. Questions are answered in a timely manner and work completed when promised. They are qualified to build or remodel your home. You will not be disappointed in the quality and value.

The space here isn’t adequate enough to express how pleased we are with the work Passarelli Builders completed on our extensive home addition project. We went with a modern design uncommon in our area. Numerous builders were unsure about pursuing it but Tony and Cyndi jumped in head first with the same level of excitement we had. They were professional and consultative throughout, while showing a level of care for the project that was beyond our expectations. Their craftsmanship is top notch and when all was said and done, they finished on time and within budget. With the project all wrapped up we’re so happy to be in our new home, and happier still we chose Passarelli! There were hundreds of choices on this build, but choosing to go with Tony, Cyndi and their team was by far the smartest we made.

Passarelli Builders just did a large addition on our home (2017) and we were 100% satisfied. They have a great team of carpenters, they are organized and meticulous. Tony and crew completed a simple project for us, building some storage space in the attic of our old home. They were quick, clean and did excellent work. We will use them again and have recommended them to others.
